It's pretty simple:
10 weeks, 10 bucks, ten-times-more-effective than going at it alone!
- Starts Sat., January 4th, ends after ten weeks of awesomeness
- Weigh-in every Saturday morning. 358 W. 500 S. in Bountiful. Four Pillar Fitness has graciously agreed to let us do our weigh-ins there. Come in anytime between 6-9am! (Let's shoot for 8am, but come anytime that works for YOU).
- Your weight will be kept confidential, but your percentage of loss will be posted here each week!
- We'll have a Facebook Group Page (HERE) to communicate with each other, as well as this blog.
- We'll have TWO WINNERS at the end:
- The person with the highest percentage of weight loss
- The person with the highest percentage of body fat loss

ReplyDeleteKelli Jo - Please come between 7-8:30am! I'll be there that whole time, but you'll be in and out very quickly - you're just filling out the short info form, paying the $10, weighing in, and getting scanned.
Kelly Moon - oh C'mon, join us! It's just $10 for 10 weeks of great motivation to be healthier, with weekly prizes! :) But yeah, I guess it's ok if you really don't want to :) We just wouldn't want a LOT of people to be doing that. ;)
