Here are answers to some questions we've been getting:
"Is this only for people who have a LOT of weight to lose?"
Not at all! Whether you wanna lose 5lbs or 500lbs, this competition is a great way to do it! We've got people of all sizes and ages participating. And since we're measuring body fat, you can still win if you gain a lot of muscle and don't necessarily drop big digits
"What time on Saturday do we weigh in?"
Between 7am-8:30 is ideal. I'll be there that whole time to meet & greet If you can't make it during that time it's ok - come anytime before noon. There will be someone to get your starting weight. During 7-8:30am it will be a trainer named TJ doing the body fat scan and weight.
"Do we meet up to workout?"
Sure, if you want to! But that's totally optional. Everyone's got different schedules and so we're keeping this totally flexible.
"When/how do we pay?"At Saturday morning's check in! Cash or check. We'll keep track of it all on the forms there.
"What if I can't make it to every weigh-in for the whole 10 weeks?"
